There are likely very few eating places in Monmouth County where, under one roof, one can find a grilled chicken mango salsa wrap, and butternut squash soup. The folks at The Colts Neck Cafe' have the courage to make up names--not quite a soup, not entirely a stew, it's stoup! And Man what a stoup it is. Sweet potato and chicken is one of the local favorites that winds through the rotation of daily homemade specials.

Other different types are "Taste like Lasagna soup" ( and yes it taste like lasagna; only it's soup) or how about Curry Carrot or Turkey and Stuffin just to name a few. Everyday there is something new and exciting. Soup is not the only item on the daily special menu, you have to try it to believe it. Everything is fresh and homemade (just like MOM used to make).

With 1500 square feet of space the Colts Neck Café can accommodate up to 50 people for birthday parties, bar-mitzvahs or other occasions. So far, the Colts Neck Lions Club, Business Networking Groups and St. Mary's Church groups have held functions there.
